Policy
How to report an error. Tips and corrections go to support@omniscient.media. Be specific about what’s wrong, and link to the post if possible.
How errors are handled. Material errors are corrected inline in the affected post with a dated footnote noting what changed. Full retractions are issued only when warranted, which is rare. Every correction is logged here in the public log below.

- 2026-09-25 · The Omniscient Bulletin, September 25, 2026 · What was wrong: the item on Oracle’s force majeure notice identified the site as Stargate’s New Mexico campus in its headline, but the body never said where Project Jupiter is or that it is part of Stargate. Fix: added to the body that Project Jupiter is a campus in southern New Mexico and a major part of the Stargate build-out, as Bloomberg reported. By: Noah Ogbi.
- 2026-09-24 · The Omniscient Bulletin, September 24, 2026 · What was wrong: the item on Anthropic’s biology lab said Claude agents “found” the enzyme system and paraphrased how, where Anthropic’s account is that an agent spotted a repeating DNA pattern and its scientists then recognized the system; separately, the item on the Ban Artificial Superintelligence Act named Rep. Greg Casar as co-introducer in its headline but omitted him from the body. Fix: reworded the headline to “a Claude agent spotted the pattern behind an enzyme system,” quoted Anthropic’s account of who did what and named the system (ART); added that Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Greg Casar introduced the bill. By: Noah Ogbi.
- 2026-09-06 · Code or a Sentence: The Ambiguity Inside Anthropic’s Hardware Standard · What was wrong: QuEra’s laser-relock result was given as “58% success in 150 seconds to 99.3% success in 6 seconds,” which merged two separate runs reported in Anthropic’s announcement. Fix: separated them – about six seconds at a 96% success rate from the overnight development run, and 99.3% from a later blind test of 700 trials in which the hardest disturbances took 10 to 14 seconds. - 2026-07-03 · The Omniscient Bulletin, July 3, 2026 · What was wrong: a paraphrase of Mark Zuckerberg’s town-hall remark on AI agents was shown inside quotation marks. Fix: quoted him verbatim (“hasn’t really accelerated in the way that we expected”). By: Noah Ogbi.
