Policy
How to report an error. Tips and corrections go to support@omniscient.media. Be specific about what’s wrong, and link to the post if possible.
How errors are handled. Material errors are corrected inline in the affected post with a dated footnote noting what changed. Full retractions are issued only when warranted, which is rare. Every correction is logged here in the public log below.
